We want you to love your rug. Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship rugs within 14 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Because many of our pieces are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each client, custom rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
