Handwoven in Morocco · Natural Wool · Made to Order
A dozen colors, each holding its own line, none of them singing quite the same note.
Some patterns speak in one voice. Chorus speaks in many at once — rose beside olive beside lavender beside black, each color holding its own vertical line, none of them blending, all of them heard together.
The stripes don't run straight. They ripple and zigzag down the surface, jagged at the edges like a held note starting to waver, occasionally breaking open into a flatwoven band of thin multicolor striping that runs bare through the center — a moment where the pile drops away and the loom's own rhythm shows through. Blocks of solid color interrupt here and there, holding space before the stripes pick back up.
Hand-knotted by Berber artisans in the Atlas Mountains from 100% natural wool, Chorus draws from a wide, unrestrained palette — dusty rose, sage, ochre, cobalt, aubergine — each hue distinct against the next. The pile [CONFIRM: 1.25" avg — adjustable on request] runs high and dense across every color block, giving the whole surface a soft, unified texture despite the range of tone.
Every voice stays distinct. Together, they hold the room.
Each rug is woven by hand, then washed and dried in the Atlas mountain air.
